Sarah Banda-Genchev is a Zambian-German social entrepreneur, leadership advisor, and founder of SheHeImpacts and Sustainsy Consulting. With over two decades of experience working with the UN and global organisations, she specialises in elevating the voices of women—mothers, workers, students, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and leaders—and connecting their lived experiences to meaningful opportunities.

Her work focuses on visibility, dignity, and storytelling, ensuring that women from every background are seen, heard, and valued. Sarah also engages men and boys as allies, believing that lasting change requires shared responsibility and generational transformation.
